Plastic Film and Woven Bags Shredding

Genox's film shredding technology utilizing our specially developed rotor and screen design provides a high throughput shredding solution for industrial film, post-industrial film, post-consumer film (including plastic bags), agricultural film and woven bags (bulk bags) in either loose or baled form. Considering the high contamination of aggressive impurity invloved in some types of film especially agricultural film, we offer the option of rotor surface hard face coating to reduce wear.  For washing applications we often recommend wet shredding of materials.

Granulation

For more evenly fraction size or one-step size reduction of loose film, we offer GXC granulator with sheeted type rotor. In case of washing, the wet-grinding option is recommended.

Washing

We offer intergral solution for film and woven bags shredding, granulation, washing, separation and drying.
