The importance of shredding easy plastic such as HDPE milk bottles, PET bottles and preforms and soft plastic products is the high-throughput. Genox designed vertical ram pusher and swing pusher for this application.

Granulation

For further size reduction of bottles and general plastics we offer GXC granulators with back-set V-rotor. One-step granulation with force feeding hopper can also achieve the high-throughput for bottles.

Washing

We offer intergral solution for bottles and general plastics shredding, granulation, washing, separation and drying.
